N.E.R.D. made like B.E.P. and added a female member named Rhea to the crew. I'm not sure why Skateboard P and co deemed it necessary to expand the crew. Maybe they had a collective epiphany and realized that they needed a real singer? You know what, let's hear it directly from P himself: "It [addition of Rhea] has made it a fun process," P told MTV News. "We can go in so many more directions, because we have the vocal support." No kidding.
I'm sure this will score them a gazillion more fans on their next album, aptly titled Instant Gratification. We all know how much that worked for Black Eyed Peas.
